Residential Solar Installation - Patil Family
Project Background
The Patil family approached us looking for a complete solar solution for their 3-story residential building in Pune. They wanted to significantly reduce their electricity bills while contributing to a greener environment.
Challenge
The building had limited south-facing roof space and significant shading from neighboring trees. The family wanted maximum energy independence with minimal grid dependency, requiring creative engineering solutions.
Solution
We designed a split-array layout using high-efficiency 440W panels optimized for the available space. Installed micro-inverters to handle partial shading and added 10kWh lithium battery storage for night-time usage, ensuring round-the-clock power availability.
Results
"Our electricity bill dropped from ₹9,500 to under ₹1,000. The installation was smooth and the team was very professional."
Industrial Wind-Solar Hybrid - Textile Factory
Project Background
Khot Textiles, a major textile manufacturer in Ichalkaranji, was facing rising electricity costs that threatened their competitiveness. Their monthly consumption was 50,000 kWh with escalating tariff rates.
Challenge
The factory had high electricity consumption and rising energy costs. They needed a solution that wouldn't disrupt ongoing operations and needed to maintain production quality throughout the installation process.
Solution
Installed a 200 kW ground-mounted solar array on unused land adjacent to the factory with a 10 kW wind turbine supplementing during monsoon months. Phased installation ensured zero production downtime. Added net metering for grid export during low-production periods.
Results

Jaloday Rainwater Harvesting - School Campus
Project Background
Vidya Mandir School in Kolhapur, serving 800+ students, was facing severe water shortages during summer months. Municipal water supply was insufficient and water quality from existing sources was a growing concern.

Solution
Installed a complete Jaloday system with multi-stage filtration, 50,000-liter underground storage, and groundwater recharge well. Connected to existing plumbing for toilet flushing and garden irrigation. Added educational monitoring display for students to learn about water conservation.
Results
